    Jamie has been in the health and fitness industry for 11 years and is a proud mother of 2 and devoted wife. She has been involved with personal training and group exercise at numerous facilities. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in medical weight loss and chronic disease, and has served in academia. She is passionate about helping others achieve and maintain optimal wellness improving their health and be able to better serve where they are called to in life.

5XMORE (MASH UP Conditioning) - ENDURANCE DVD

The 5XMORE ENDURANCE DVD is perfect for you if you work from home, are a stay at home parent, or have more than 15 minutes a day to exercise!

It allows you to challenge your body with one discipline for 10-15 minutes to improve stamina and endurance. It includes 7 complete workouts consisting of three 10-minute Mind Body, two 15-minute Agility and Strength and two 15-minute High Intensity workouts. You can mix and match these workouts to give you variety and challenge your body in a different way each time you exercise for maximum results. A Free Eating and Exercise Guide is included!
