    Jamie has been in the health and fitness industry for 14 years and is a proud mother of 2 and devoted wife. She has been involved with personal training and group exercise at numerous facilities and co-created Mashup.  Being raised in an active family and whose mom was approached for making fitness videos before Jane Fonda came along, it’s not a surprise that her passion lies in fitness and nutrition.
     As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked at MEDI Weightloss Clinics and in chronic disease with Texas Health Resources, and has served in academia. She is passionate about helping others achieve and maintain optimal wellness through a more wholistic approach versus just traditional medicine. She believes that nutrition is an integral component of optimal health and reaching your fitness goals. Nutrition contributes to 80% of the health benefits that come from a healthier lifestyle while 20% comes from exercise.
     She is very passionate about educating individuals about this and giving them the tools they need to be successful not just with weight loss, but in improving their overall health and reducing the need for medication.  Jamie definitely walks her talk which is witnessed professionally and most importantly in her home with her husband and children.

    Stacy has been personal training and lead fitness classes all over the country for 16 years and is a proud mother of 5 and devoted wife. She has owned her own fitness studio, has authored several fitness DVD’s prior to co-creating Mashup, and maintains her own training group out of her garage.
    Stacy’s passion was heavily influenced since she was little by her mother leading off Rythmic Aerobics when it began in the early 80’s.  From there, it lead her to being a high school athlete to collegiate athlete to training/group fitness.  Being that Stacy is also a pastor’s wife, she has little time for exercise for which she has discovered that short, intense workouts enable her to maintain her health better and resulting in higher energy levels than when she was just a long distance runner.  This also allows her to better support her husband’s ministry and take care of  her children.   She is thriving with a balanced lifestyle.
    Therefore, she is passionate about showing others how to fit physical activity into every lifestyle, helping others look and feel their best because healthy living is a vital part of their life, spiritual well-being and stewardship of God’s amazing gift to us, our physical bodies.

All workouts are designed for Levels 1, 2, and 3. The names (ENDURANCE, TEMPO, and SPRINT) signify the duration of time spent doing each element of Mind/Body, Agility & Strength, and High-intensity intervals for each workout.

ALL fitness levels can achieve REAL RESULTS with the SPRINT DVD! It has seven 15-min. workouts that include Mind/Body, Agility and Strength, and High-intensity intervals in every workout for ALL fitness levels.
