MASHUP® is a Variable-intensity Interval Training (VIIT) program in which you rotate between medium-intensity (agility & strength), high-intensity (HIIT) and low-intensity (Mind/Body) segments for three different fitness levels in every workout.
Wow! Just started your Sprint work out (Thanks for being part of the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle)...anyway. I didn't realize 15 minutes could make me feel so bad...in a good way! I'm on day 2, pressing in and doing it even though I'm a little sore. Thanks for all you do!
I have to give a shout out regarding MASHUP . I am a 43 year old woman....with weight to lose....and this class is phenomenal! I love the 3 levels of workout intensity that is offered.....it makes it possible for me to fully complete a class. I leave the gym with sweat dripping off of my hair and knowing that I have just had a workout!!!
I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with twins!!! About a month ago, the doctor approved me to exercise, once again, and I've been doing the TEMPO DVD quite a bit. I love it more than ever! I've been doing level 1 and it's perfect!! I always feel so much better after I'm done! This will definitely be a go-to DVD for me throughout my pregnancy! :-)
After doing two of the TEMPO workouts back-to-back, I felt the burn and was left a little sore – a sure sign I was working muscles that needed some working! The fifteen minute workouts fly by, but you are working hard the whole time. If you’re in a time crunch, 15 minutes is really all you need for a good burn, and these workouts will do the trick.
I'm still hanging in there with you guys! Still loving my tempo conditioning DVD & the 15-min formats :) SO convenient.
