With this bundle you receive 21 total workouts! They can be used along with the 45 Day Challenge or fit them into your current health and fitness regimen. MASHUP® is the first established Variable-intensity Interval Training (VIIT) group fitness program in the United States. Within the VIIT formula, MASHUP™ rotates between medium, high, and low-intensity in each live class workout. In regards to the digital workouts, there is one exception to this: If you choose to use the ENDURANCE workouts, you need to combine an Agility & Strength, High-intensity, and Mind/Body workout (total of 45 minutes) to fully experience VIIT or you can use them as stand alone workouts for each of those elements. All of the TEMPO and SPRINT workouts are VIIT within each 15-minute workout. Three fitness levels are demonstrated for all exercises.
The ENDURANCE Digital workouts consist of three 10-minute Mind/Body workouts, two 15-minute Agility & Strength workouts, and two 15-minute High-intensity Interval workouts.
The TEMPO Digital workouts consist of seven 15-minute workouts combining Mind/Body, Agility & Strength, and High-intensity Intervals in every workout.
