Jamie has been in the health and fitness industry for 17 years and is a proud mother of 4 and devoted wife currently in the DFW area. She has been involved with personal training and group exercise at numerous facilities in addition to co-founding MASHUP™. She also works at MEDI Weightloss Clinics as a Nurse Practitioner.
Being raised in an active family and whose mom entertained the idea of making fitness videos before Jane Fonda came along, it’s not a surprise that her passion lies in fitness and nutrition. She is highly motivated to serve others by helping them learn how to live the healthiest, happiest life possible that God intended for them.
She is passionate about helping others achieve and maintain optimal wellness through a more holistic approach versus just traditional medicine. She believes that nutrition is an integral component (80% nutrition/20% other lifestyle factors) of optimal health and in reaching your fitness goals because she has witnessed firsthand how it can change people’s lives.
She is very passionate about educating individuals about this and giving them the tools they need to be successful not just with weight loss, but in improving their overall health and reducing the need for medical interventions.

Stacy has been personal training and group fitness for 18 years and is a proud mother of 7 and devoted pastor’s wife currently in the OKC area. She has owned her own fitness studio and has authored several fitness DVD’s prior to co-founding MASHUP™.
Stacy’s passion was heavily influenced since she was little by her mother leading off Rhythmic Aerobics when it began in the early 80’s. From there, it lead her to being a high school athlete to collegiate athlete to training/group fitness. She recognizes that most people including herself have very little time for exercise. Since she has discovered that short, intense workouts have enabled her to sustain better health resulting in higher energy levels than when she was just a long distance runner. With less time spent exercising, she has been able to thrive with a more balanced lifestyle.
Therefore, she is passionate about showing others how to fit physical activity into every lifestyle, helping others look and feel their best because healthy living is a vital part of their life, spiritual well-being and stewardship of God’s amazing gift to us, our physical bodies.
